We have the honor to inform you that Huawei Manager U2000 V100R001C00 unified network management system is generally available from October 28, 2009. 


1. Release Overview 

At present，Most of the carrier have the common view of network transfer towards ALL IP and FMC. The changing of Network bring forward high requirement of NMS, traditional NMS couldn’t meet new condition. Considering market, customer’s requirement and industry best NO.1 NMS target, and construct the different competitiveness of several network solution Network OSS and Service product line timely to launch unified network management system-- iManager U2000 V100R001C00. 

The unified NMS U2000 of Huawei aims to minimize the O&A cost for customers and to bring them more network values. Based on the mudular design and distributed software architecture, U2000 can meet a variety of network management scenario, The U2000 can perform not only unified management of multi-domain equipment but also unified management at the NE and network layers. It revolutionizes the layer-based management mode to better meet the management requirements in the transition from the existing vertical network the flattened horizontal network.
