By taking advantage of mutual technical benefits in the inTouch Lab partner program, Huawei has united many content providers and service providers to form a technical alliance of VAS value chain, centering on operators' VAS operation and services. The program members can share resources provided by the alliance such as content, application, latest technology, and service solution. By this means, we can support service operation more effectively.
